This heavy-duty transfer bench is designed to assist individuals with limited mobility in entering and exiting the bathtub safely. It features an extra-wide seat that provides ample space and comfort. The frame is constructed from high-strength aluminum, allowing it to support a weight capacity of up to 600 lbs.
The bench spans the wall of the bathtub, with two legs inside the tub and two legs outside. This configuration allows the user to sit down on the outside portion and slide across into the bathing area. The height of the legs is adjustable to ensure the bench is level and stable on different floor heights.
Safety is a priority with this model, featuring large suction-cup feet that grip the tub floor for added security. The backrest can be moved to accommodate either left or right-hand tub entries. This bariatric-grade equipment is a vital tool for maintaining independence and safety in a home bathroom environment.
